Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping~We love to serve you in providing excellent shipping! Shipping is FREE for orders over $75, and only $5 for orders under $75. You can also bring the items back in person for free.  Shipping is non-refundable. 29eleven is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail, or if address is miss-typed during checkout.

Returns~We understand that purchasing clothing online is a risk, therefore we have an awesome return policy. Your returned item(s) must be received back to 29eleven within 14 days of the original shipping date (firm). Returned items must be un-washed, un-worn, tags still attached, and receipt must be included. Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit.

*In-store credit is non-transferable. If you receive in-store credit for a return, you cannot transfer that credit to another customer.
